End-User License Agreement

Foster Brothers Security Systems grants authorized users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use FosterDB for legitimate internal business operations.

This license only covers approved use of the application, related documentation, and available support materials. No ownership rights are transferred to the user.

Users may access FosterDB only with credentials issued or approved by Foster Brothers Security Systems. Access must be limited to work duties, customer service, reporting, record management, and other authorized operational tasks.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activity that occurs under their accounts.

Users may not:

• share accounts or permit unauthorized access to the platform;
• copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from FosterDB;
• use the service in violation of law, contract, or company policy;
• attempt to disrupt, probe, or bypass security controls; or
• export, disclose, or reuse customer information outside approved workflows.

FosterDB may store customer records, documents, contact details, audit history, and other confidential business information. Users must handle all data in accordance with internal security procedures and any applicable confidentiality obligations.

Any suspected credential compromise, unauthorized access, or data incident should be reported immediately to the appropriate internal administrator or security contact.

FosterDB may offer optional SMS security alerts for account protection. By adding and verifying a phone number and selecting the SMS opt-in checkbox, the user agrees to receive FosterDB account security text messages at that number.

SMS messages may include verification codes, suspicious login alerts, failed password attempt alerts, MFA security alerts, and similar account protection notices. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Users may opt out by replying STOP to SMS messages or by disabling SMS alerts in FosterDB. Users may reply HELP for help. Opting out of SMS alerts does not remove other account security obligations.

Foster Brothers Security Systems may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of FosterDB at any time, including features, integrations, or access permissions, when reasonably necessary for operations, maintenance, or security.

Continued use of the platform after updates to this agreement constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

FosterDB, its software, workflows, branding, documentation, and related materials remain the property of Foster Brothers Security Systems or its licensors, as applicable.

Except for the limited access rights described in this agreement, all rights are reserved.

This license remains in effect until access is revoked or employment, engagement, or authorization ends. Upon termination, the right to use FosterDB ends immediately.

Provisions relating to confidentiality, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and record protection survive termination.

FosterDB is provided for internal operational use on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Foster Brothers Security Systems disclaims implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by law, Foster Brothers Security Systems will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use FosterDB.

This agreement is governed by applicable company policies and the laws that validly apply to Foster Brothers Security Systems and its use of this software.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted.
